At the core of everything All Saints Company does lies our practice, experience and theory breaking through the expert/novice dichotomy to disciplined organizational learning grounded in experience (tradition) and radically open to the future (innovation). Our peer professional development workshops in preaching, practical leadership, presiding, public reading of scripture, and musical leadership (with more to come) create networks of support and purposeful practice where sharing and learning and discovery and satisfying accountable to colleagues who care about the work gives leaders new freedom in the crucial work of the congregation’s primary gathering, and in making that gathering a practice space for the leader’s and congregation’s core values, enables leader to collaborate with congregation members and judicatory heads.
