All Saints Company has refined a process of experience/reflection/development over the years by founding and growing St. Gregory of Nyssa Episcopal Church in San Francisco, a flagship parish church that has influenced a generation of the Episcopal Church’s life across the country.
Now as the founders Donald Schell and Rick Fabian leave St. Gregory’s and begin full-time work for All Saints Company, they are able to offer their resources to churches around the Anglican Communion, collaborating with them to develop their liturgy, architecture, music, leadership team, congregational organization.
Donald Schell, founding rector of St. Gregory of Nyssa and creative director of All Saints Company, works with congregations or groups of any size and budget on any or all the following areas:
Liturgy: development of a coherent structure and new models and resources based on early method.
Music: moving a congregation to claim its own voice in song.
Leadership development: offering new models of giving/sharing authority so that the work is shared more broadly and vigorously.
Lay participation: creating ways for the congregation to find its voice in liturgy and participate fully.
Architecture: looking at the existing space and asking foundational questions that unlock new possibilities for movement and flow in existing space or by redesigning it.
If you would like to work with All Saints Company on any of the above areas, write to info@allsaintscompany.org to start the conversation!
